Pre rooted means its already rooted. No need to root by yourself.

I have not official offline installer. I installed BlueStacks use online installer. I made root use BS Easy. I unpacked use InstallShield the official offline installer 0.9.6.msi. I replaced all files from 0.9.7 to 0.9.6. I made all needed changes and pack to msi.

If you install this package you will get already rooted BlueStacks 0.9.7.4101
